Integrating Mindfulness Practices for Concentration & Resilience

In this interactive course, faculty will learn how mindfulness practices foster concentration, resilience, wellness, inner calm and self-awareness in the (virtual) classroom—to name just a few benefits.  After modeling and encouraging mindfulness with some example practices, we will shift to explore simple approaches to integrate into participants’ own courses.

Zoom Schedule: 

  • Friday, November 6; from 11 am – noon
  • Friday, November 13; from 11 am – noon
  • Friday, November 20; from 11 am – noon

Platforms:  Zoom & Milanote

Stipend: Part time faculty who complete the requirements for this series will earn $100 stipend. We can fund up to 10 faculty, so if you are interested, please register early.
