Student Well-being

Your well-being matters. College can be an exciting and challenging time for students. Taking time to care for yourself and seeking appropriate support can help you achieve your academic and professional goals. You are encouraged to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, avoiding drugs and alcohol, getting enough sleep, and taking time to relax.
Here is our wellbeing calendar, with mindfulness drop in sessions and mindful crafting! https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/embed?src=healthpromotion@pratt.edu&ctz=America/New_York
