Serenity and Grit – Spring 2023

We invite you to participate in a program of nourishment with a focus on Self-Care as Creative Practice. Professor and Assistant Vice President of RWW, Rhonda Schaller, will work with students, alumni, faculty and staff to develop practical skills that embed contemplative and arts-based practices to promote positive mental health.

Rhonda Schaller, Visiting Associate Professor and  AVP for Resilience, Wellness and Well-being will work with students, alumni, faculty and staff to develop practical skills that embed contemplative and arts-based approaches promoting positive mental health (flourishing) and resilience. We invite you to participate in a program of nourishment with a focus on Self Care as Creative Practice.  The program was originally offered as a Fulbright project at MTU, Crawford School of Art and Design, in Cork, Ireland during Rhonda’s visit in Spring 2022.

These short sessions are to support you to implement workshop content in your classroom, office, studio, or personal life. This immersion can be applied as a prerequisite to joining the Compose 2 and Research Track modules. The deadline for expressions of interest is February 1.
